Data Storage & Third-Party Services

Your data is stored and processed using the following third-party services: Google Firebase: • Firebase Authentication — account management • Cloud Firestore — database storage • Firebase Storage — photo and file storage • Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications These services may store your data on servers located outside of Sri Lanka. By using this Platform, you consent to international data transfers. OpenStreetMap / Map Services: • Used to display station locations. Map tiles are fetched from OpenStreetMap servers. Google Sign-In: • If you sign in with Google, Google's privacy policy also applies. The developer is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. The Platform requests access to your device's location solely for displaying nearby service stations on the Station Map. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications about appointment updates, service status changes, and reminders. Your device's FCM token is stored in our database to enable this. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device's settings.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
