Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the MySS (MyServiceStation) website, web dashboard, or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. MySS reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

MyServiceStation is a vehicle service management platform that connects vehicle owners ("Customers") with automotive service stations ("Service Stations"). The Platform provides features including but not limited to: digital service records, vehicle registration, service appointment booking, service history tracking, job status monitoring, marketplace listings, service reminders, emergency road rescue requests, and station map navigation. The developer provides this Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to alter, update, enhance, or remove any feature at our sole discretion without prior notice.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account • Not share your account with any other person • Not create multiple accounts for the same person • Be fully responsible for all content you submit through the Platform The developer reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time without notice or liability if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Service station accounts must be registered through the MySS website (myssapp.com) and are subject to review and approval by the developer. The developer retains absolute authority to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any service station listing for any reason without liability. Approved service stations must maintain accurate and up-to-date information on their profile and service listings. Service stations acknowledge that the developer may feature, promote, or remove their listings from the Platform at its discretion. The developer does not guarantee any minimum level of customer referrals or business.

You agree not to engage in any of the following: • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform • Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Impersonating any person or entity • Collecting or harvesting data of other users without consent • Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content • Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the Platform • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

The Platform, including all of its content, features, design, graphics, logos, icons, source code, and all other materials ("Content"), is the exclusive property of MySS and is protected by applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for its intended personal or business purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its Content without the developer's prior written consent.

By submitting content through the Platform (including vehicle photos, service reviews, and comments), you grant the developer a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any medium. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights. The developer reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: • The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. • The developer does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. • The developer is not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or disputes between Customers and Service Stations. The Platform is a facilitating service only; the developer is not a party to any service agreement between users. • In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. • The developer's total cumulative liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

The Platform integrates third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Maps, and OpenStreetMap. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The developer is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

The developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: • Modify or replace these Terms at any time • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently • Terminate your access to the Platform for any reason without prior notice The developer shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
